This exceptional home is one that I have admired for some time. Kooyong House is an immersive space that gives off richness but a cool brutality at the same time.
I admire the softer elements of the home, that pair back with the unforgiving, masculine, raw concrete that features both internally and externally of the home. The softness of the travertine floor and the slim line light features add elegance to the space.
For me the opulent stone selections throughout the home, were the rich threads that tied the spaces together. The timber paneling was warm and refined and the detailing was perfectly executed.
Kooyong House is an Architectural dream that is to be admired for many years to come.
